SHIPPING POLICY
All Bottle orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. All trial packs ship using USPS First Class. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST, will ship next business day on in-stock items. Our normal business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal US holidays.
International Orders
International orders have to be ten bottle or more , if a order is placed that is less than ten bottles the transaction will be canceled and a refund issued to the customer. Shipping is free on orders of 20 bottles or less , any order over 20 bottles will have a shipping fee and has to be processed by phone .
Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders less than 40 bottles.
Incorrect Shipping Information If a package is returned to Zxtdietpills due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping cost. Zxtdietpills is not responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect shipping information. Please double check your address prior to placing an order.
Tracking Information You can check the status of an order once you have received an e-mail from Zxtdietpills or PayPal with a tracking code. Shipping Delays
Zxtdietpills is committed to fulfilling orders within 12 hours of receiving orders. However, from time to time, there may be problems or delays beyond our control (USPS related delays, weather, etc.). If you do not receive your order tracking number within one business day, please be patient as there is often a delay when the Postal Service updates their online tracking system. Everything is probably fine and you will receive your order shortly. Tracking numbers for orders shipped at the end of the day will be sent to customers the next business day. In very rare cases, an item may be out of stock after your order has been placed. If this should occur, we will contact you via e-mail to notify you of the situation. Product substitutes will be offered, whenever possible. If we are unable to fulfill the order, we will promptly issue a refund. Regardless of the delay, please be assured that we are working diligently to complete your shipment in a timely manner.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise
Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 3 business days of receipt. Please keep all merchandise and packaging in as-delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost but we will make every effort to correct this situation.
Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. Although we are to unable to expedite replacements, please be assured that Zxtdietpills will work diligently with the carrier to resolve the problem in the most efficient way possible.
Returns
Zxtdietpills accepts returns on unopened packages within 7 days of receipt. Orders must be unopened in their original packaging in order for returns to be accepted. Please contact us at 717-896-0209 prior to returning the package.
